Job summary

Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and work with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and other essential tasks
• Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and Detailed patient records and reports
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
• Participate in patient education and support programs to enhance overall well-being
• Collaborate with other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues
