Byron Wellness Community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants in Fort Wayne, IN to provide direct care and support to residents, collaborate with the care team, and help residents achieve the best possible quality of life.

The role requires ISDH CNA certification, a compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset, and an 18+ age requirement. Compensation is $17.77–$20.09 per hour, with full-time and part-time options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be certified by the Indiana ISDH as a CNA in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provide direct care and support to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily living activities.
• Assist residents during meals and dining experiences.
• Respond promptly to call lights with compassion.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely; support residents and families emotionally.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Create meaningful moments and positive experiences for residents daily.
