Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
• Comply with all rules regarding confidentiality of resident information.
