Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center in Bennington, VT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents. Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Vermont.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide basic nursing care including vital signs and feeding assistance.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare team.
