Fair Havens Center in Miami Springs, Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide basic patient care, assist with daily activities, and help monitor residents’ wellbeing under the supervision of licensed nurses.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff.
