Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide nursing care including taking vital signs and documenting patient information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
• Report changes or concerns to licensed nurses and other healthcare team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
