Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA license required.
- Compassionate, patient-forward approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing and feeding.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.
