Qualifications

• Active Arizona CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.
