Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 82-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. You will work under licensed nurses to assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.

Full-time and part-time opportunities exist with shifts from 7:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00, plus daily pay and shift differentials up to $2.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Massachusetts CNA license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and compassion for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and support high-quality, resident-centered care.
