Job summary

Jacksonville Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Jacksonville, Florida. You will provide essential patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, helping with ADLs and monitoring residents to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification
• Ability to pass Level 2 fingerprinting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist patients with ADLs such as eating, walking, and transferring
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensure equipment and supplies are in good working order
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
• Demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care and a supportive environment
