Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in South Pittsburg, TN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed nursing personnel, helping create a compassionate environment aligned with our care standards. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs and weights, help with transfers, and support resident rights while maintaining room hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• ADLs and care tasks within scope as defined by state regulation and plan of care.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output and other information as assigned.
• Assist in transfer/ambulation with appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and resident room supplies.
• Support resident rights and provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Record and monitor health data as required.
• Support safe transfers and mobility.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
