Maryville, a faith-based nonprofit care facility in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care and support to nurses and care teams. The position requires state-approved CNA certification, ongoing CPR, and the ability to assist with ADLs, transfers, feeding, and vital signs.

Qualificações

• High school or GED is required.
• State-approved CNA training program certification.
• Current CPR training and certificate.
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and providing mobility support.
• English reading, writing and comprehension required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily care and activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, hygiene, dressing.
• Provide toileting assistance and skin integrity care.
• Assist with feeding, meal setup, monitoring intake, and dietary precautions.
• Serve meals and record food and liquid intake.
• Safely lift and reposition residents using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Respond to call lights and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Record vital signs and weight as directed.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and report to the charge nurse.
• Perform basic supportive tasks under nurse direction.
• Document ADL and intake/output in EHR or paper flowsheets.
• Follow infection-control and HIPAA protocols.
