Job summary
Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New Jersey to join our care team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available with daily pay and competitive hourly pay based on experience and status.
Responsibilities include ADL assistance, compassionate resident care, and collaboration with licensed nurses to ensure safety and quality of life for residents. Must have NJ CNA license and BLS/CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Active NJ CNA license required (unencumbered).
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment that supports dignity and comfort for residents.
- Support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
