Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months experience in long-term care.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents.
• Personalize care by learning residents' preferences.
• Document accurately and report discrepancies promptly.
• Follow safety, infection control and risk management procedures.
• Communicate with immediate supervisor regarding resident status.
• Other duties as assigned.
