The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing team in Rio Rancho, NM. Under supervision, CNAs deliver quality care to residents in a high-acuity setting, supporting nursing practice and resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a CNA in the applicable state.
• Compassion and desire to work with older adults.
• One year of CNA or caregiver experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Background check and health requirements including TB test.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care to residents under supervision of Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.
• Assist nursing staff to support high-acuity skilled nursing care.
• Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity during care.
