Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in a skilled nursing setting under supervision. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities, basic nursing tasks, and vigilant observation to ensure resident safety and comfort.

As part of the care team, you will assist with ADLs, mobility, feeding, and monitoring nutritional intake while following facility policies and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, oral care, shaving, nail care.
• Help with dressing, toileting, and incontinence care; ostomy support per facility policy.
• Provide mobility assistance: turning, repositioning, transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair), ambulation with devices.
• Assist in feeding and monitor nutritional/fluid intake, ensuring adherence to dietary orders.
