Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking adjunct faculty to teach on an as-needed basis for 8- or 16-week contracts. Compensation is $45.45 per contact hour.

Faculty will create a learning environment aligned with common syllabi and college policies. Responsibilities include delivering classes, developing course materials, maintaining records, and engaging students to foster learning, while adhering to FERPA and campus guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with an unencumbered Indiana license.
• At least 1 year of licensed nursing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of technologies relevant to instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes per syllabus and course objectives.
• Develop and maintain outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments and tests.
• Maintain accurate student records and grades.
• Engage with students to promote meaningful learning and positive experiences.
