Job summary

OrthoNebraska is hiring a Clinic Runner (CNA) to support both clinical and non-clinical teams in delivering safe, effective care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

The position is full-time with dayshift, located across Elkhorn, Oakview, Aksarben, and Council Bluffs, and requires CNA certification and BLS. Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to travel between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Education or GED required.
• Licensure: CNA required at hire.
• Medication Aide preferred.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Experience: Any experience as a Nurse Assistant preferred.
• 1+ year customer service work in a health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from examination rooms, providing assistance as needed and following safety protocols.
• Confirm patient identity and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Measure and record height, weight, and blood pressure as trained, entering the data into the EMR.
• Document patient medication/allergy history into the EMR (active Medication Aide required).
• Offer gowns or other appropriate attire for the examination.
• Help patients get into the correct position for the examination, following safety protocols.
