Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing patient care based on individualized plan of care.
• Documents and reports patient status to RN.
• Performs basic nursing activities delegated by RN.
• Collects data including vital signs and fluids intake/output.
• Maintains clean and safe patient environment.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Performs point-of-care testing as trained by RN.
