Responsibilities include assisting with changing, transporting patients, identifying abnormal findings, and reporting to nursing staff. The position requires CNA certification, BLS (provided by authority), and at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with changing/dressing
• Transport patients by stretcher, bed, or wheelchair
• Identify abnormal findings (vital signs, labs, EKG, CXR) that could affect outcomes
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff
• Escort patients to holding rooms
• Assist with patient belongings and orientation
• Verify patient information
• Obtain vital signs
