Job description

Join the Burlington Health and Rehabilitation team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through our MaxPay Program and earn up to $25.30 per hour! Plus, enjoy additional shift differentials on PMs and NOCs, and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for full-time or $3,750 for part-time, paid according to our bonus structure!

• AMs: 1:9
• PMs: 1:11
• NOCs: 1:18

What is available?

Full-Time or Part-Time positions with rotation of weekends and holidays. 8-hour shifts.

Full and Part-Time – AM, PM, NOCs

Premium Wage Scale:

$20 - $23 per hour

Shift Differentials:

Yes - $2.00 shift diff for PM and NOC

Sign-On Bonus:

Full-Time: $7,500
Part-Time: $3,750

Job Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. Duties include but are not limited to changing linen, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Wisconsin in good standing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion for working with the aging population
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
