Qualifications for CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant:

1. Minimum one year work experience in ANY field
2. Current North Carolina license listed in good standing with the board

Job Responsibilities for CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant:

1. Activities of daily living
2. Light housekeeping
3. Bathing
4. Dressing
5. Grooming
6. Toileting
7. Nail care
8. Range of motion / exercises
9. Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
10. Oral feeding
11. Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
12. Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
13. Assisting with ambulation
14. Medication assistance
