Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Assist residents with activities and monitor/respond to their needs respectfully.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document resident activities and care accurately.
• Attend training and educational programs to maintain certification.
