Job summary

Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Restorative Nursing role with a 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shift.

The position requires successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program and an active CNA license in Florida, plus preferred prior restorative or long-term care experience. You will record vital signs and support residents’ strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Previous long-term care or restorative nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
• Provide restorative nursing services to help residents maintain and improve their strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life.
