We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and Baylor CNA positions, with a focus on the following shifts:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)

• 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM (Mid Shift)

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)

ABaylor Programis a special weekend-focused work schedule designed for employees who want to workfewer days while still receiving full-time hours or benefits.

• Work:Saturday and Sunday
• Hours:Two 12-hour shifts = 24 hour but paid for 32 hour
  • or 2 16-hour shifts=32 hours but paid for 40 hours

Responsibilities of a CNA :

Under the supervision and guidance of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN), the CNAis responsible for assisting with direct resident care within the scope of their practice as well as other teamwork on the unit which supports the resident environment. The CNA assists staff to ensure quality resident care and assists the healthcare team to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents. Work will include components of direct care, nutrition, observation, documentation, transportation of residents and supplies, hygiene, and general maintenance of the resident's environment.

Qualifications for a CNA :

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.
