Role

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! The CNA provides direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and life, following the community’s philosophy and goals.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follow safety policies to ensure resident safety.
• Adhere to community policies and procedures.
• Participate in meetings and training programs.
• Follow infection control guidelines.
• Report changes in resident condition immediately.
• Respect residents’ rights, including privacy and dignity.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families, and guests.

Qualifications

The CNA must have completed an approved training program and passed competency exams in clinical skills and written knowledge, in accordance with statutory requirements.
