NURSING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS

You will help residents with their daily routines, motivate and encourage them to live their best lives, and support licensed nurses with charting, vital signs, and reporting changes. Your responsibilities include assisting with feeding, showers, dressing, personal hygiene, and providing companionship and emotional support. You ensure residents are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence where possible.
