CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)(ALL SHIFTS) - Fountains in Calhoun

The Fountains in Calhoun, part of Navion Senior Living, seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional resident care and support daily in residents' homes. CNAs offer compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, responding to residents' emotional and physical needs.

We have PRN opportunities on ALL SHIFTS. Join our team and support our residents!

Responsibilities
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
  • Assist with daily activities, including turning, ambulating, and delivering food and beverages
  • Support personal hygiene, including bathing and bedpan use
  • Provide adjunct care, such as delivering ice packs or assisting with baths
  • Monitor and record food and fluid intake, urinary and fecal output for medical staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and document relevant information
  • Follow infection control practices
  • Understand fire and safety procedures and report violations
Requirements
  • Passion for caring for seniors
  • High School diploma or GED
  • State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
