Role

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN to join our team! The CNA is responsible for providing direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring they attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life in line with the Community’s philosophy and goals.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in their care plans.
• Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follow safety policies during nursing care to ensure resident safety.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of The Community.
• Participate in facility meetings and in-service training programs.
• Follow infection control guidelines.
• Report changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
• Respect residents’ rights, including privacy and dignity.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families, and guests.

Qualifications

The CNA must have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge, meeting statutory requirements.
