Job summary

Southbrook Health Care Center, part of the CommuniCare family, seeks a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to join our nursing team in Springfield, OH. You will provide direct resident care, participate in shift handoffs, and support activities with compassion and professionalism.

We offer competitive pay at $20.50 per hour, shift differentials for nights, daily pay options, tuition reimbursement, free uniforms, and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Prior experiences with independent decision making.
• Prior healthcare environment experience is desirable.
• Must have or be willing to take COVID vaccine.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities for residents.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests in a respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities.
• Maintain resident documentation and records.
