Purpose/Belief Statement

The position of Certified Nursing Assistant exists to provide routine nursing and personal care for residents, ensuring the highest quality of resident care at all times. This role requires effective teamwork, resource management, and a focus on delivering quality care while supporting and celebrating team successes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
  • Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
  • Facilitate and conduct activities.
  • Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a respectful manner.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Active/current Indiana License.
