Job summary

Adoration Health's Private Duty CNA role in Union City, TN seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide patient-centered care under RN supervision, document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, and assist with personal care and home tasks.

This part-time daytime position offers 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, team support, and growth opportunities with a stable employer.

Office location: Martin, TN; coverage area: Union City, TN; schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00am–12:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license may be required by agency policy.
• Certification as CNA/Home Health Aide per state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and monitoring.
• Perform basic housekeeping and shopping tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w ill:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
