Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager, responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support, and health status of Community Care program members.

Possibility of becoming a Med Passer.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Licensure: A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant required.
• Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living, or long-term care environment; experience working with individuals with dementia.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Schedule:

• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 24 hours a week.
• Every other weekend.
• Every other holiday.
