Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal and nursing care per care plan
• Assist with activities and monitor resident needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Assist with resident activities and food service needs
• Document care activities accurately
• Adhere to policies, standards, and participate in training
• Perform additional duties as assigned
