We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you take pride in providing exceptional hands-on care and want a position where your work truly makes a difference, we want to hear from you!

We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and Baylor CNA positions, with a focus on the following shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mid Shift)
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)

A Baylor Program is a special weekend-focused work schedule designed for employees who want to work fewer days while still receiving full-time hours or benefits.

• For example, a common Baylor schedule might be:
• Work: Saturday and Sunday
• Hours: Two 12-hour shifts = 24 hour but paid for 32 hour
• or 2 16-hour shifts=32 hours but paid for 40 hours

Responsibilities Of a CNA

Under the supervision and guidance of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN), the CNA is responsible for assisting with direct resident care within the scope of their practice as well as other teamwork on the unit which supports the resident environment. The CNA assists staff to ensure quality resident care and assists the healthcare team to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents. Work will include components of direct care, nutrition, observation, documentation, transportation of residents and supplies, hygiene, and general maintenance of the resident's environment.

Qualifications For a CNA

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.
