Hamilton Grove Healthcare & Rehabilitation is a 218-bed Long Term Care / Sub Acute rehab and nursing facility located in Mercer County. We are actively seeking CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our nursing team to provide the highest level of care for our residents.
