Responsibilities:

Certified Nursing Assistants are vital in creating a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes resident well-being. Your role includes assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a respectful, dignified, and personalized care environment.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility and transfers to promote independence
  • Assist during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional states
Requirements:
