About the Role

Location: 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Suite 205 Camp Hill, PA 17011

Coverage Area: Travel throughout the territory as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with nurses to provide safe patient care and report on patient conditions
• Perform personal care, take vitals, communicate with families
• Travel between patients, work as part of an interdisciplinary team during end-of-life care

Qualifications

• State training requirements met
• At least 6 months of experience providing personal care
• Minimum age 18
• 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training (16 hours prior to practical training)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to follow written instructions and document care
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with terminally ill care
• Ability to work independently and handle death/dying
• Strong communication and organizational skills
