Overview

Are you a CNA seeking a new role? Grane Hospice offers a chance to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Work involves providing personal care, taking vitals, communicating with families, and traveling within the territory. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with nurses to ensure safe patient care
• Perform personal care and vital sign checks
• Communicate with patients' families
• Travel between patients' homes as part of a team

Qualifications

• Meet state training requirements

• Ability to work independently and handle death/dying
• Strong communication and organizational skills
