Allure of Knox County is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Galesburg, IL. The role provides direct resident care, assistance with daily living activities, and support to a compassionate care team in a skilled nursing facility.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules across day and night shifts with shift differentials. Compensation includes a $22.00 per hour base rate plus $0.75–$1.00 hourly differentials, plus benefits and timely pay options.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake, and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in charts, logs, and reports.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Follow all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in education and training opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family. As a CNA at Allure of Knox County, you will provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring the health, comfort, safety, and dignity of every resident.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake, and output

Shifts Available:

• Full-Time & Part-Time Positions
• 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. ($0.75/hour shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. ($1.00/hour shift differential)

Pay:

• $22.00/hour
