Job Description

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for a Woodstock client during 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 8 am to 8 pm. CNAs must have a current CNA license, CPR and First Aid certification, reliable transportation for commuting and client transport during shifts, and a current Driver's License. Mileage will be paid for client transportation.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  2. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
  3. Accurately document patient information and vital signs in electronic medical records.
  4. Follow care plans and protocols to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
  6. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
