Overview

Full-time or part-time positions available, evening shift.

Salary

Pay: $20.87 - $24.88 / hour

Rates include an 11% opt-out premium and a $2.00 shift differential for evenings. Actual rates may vary based on benefit elections and scheduled shifts.

New! Pay in lieu of benefits program offers an additional 11% pay. Shift differentials: $2.00/hour for weekday evenings, $3.00 for weekend evenings.

Position Overview

CNAs provide personal and nursing care to residents, following the direction of licensed nurses and adhering to each resident's care plan. They are responsible for responding promptly to resident requests and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and direct personal care duties of team members
  • Report resident symptoms and progress to Charge Nurse
  • Notify Charge Nurse of changes in resident conditions
  • Follow care profiles and monitor staff performance
  • Respond immediately to resident requests
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living according to care plans
Qualifications
  • Minimum 17 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Employment Certificate/Permit required for 17-year-olds
  • Active CNA registration with no findings of abuse or mistreatment
  • Geriatric care experience preferred
  • Ability to supervise and communicate effectively
  • Physical stamina for active work
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
