Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort according to community policy.
2. Promote and support residents' independence.
3. Inform the charge nurse of residents' status at shift start and end.
4. Contribute knowledge to resident care plans.
5. Assist in implementing care plans within established policies.
6. Observe, report, and document residents' conditions.
7. Follow procedures for safe lifting and transfers.
8. Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
9. Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
10. Perform incidental housekeeping and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe environment.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

CNA Requirements:

1. State certification as a nursing assistant.
2. Familiarity with CNA duties.
