We are seeking Full-Time CNAs to join our team!

Shift Details: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

The CNA provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by:

1. Providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming.
2. Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
3. Utilizing basic infection control procedures, nutrition, and fluid intake skills.
4. Recognizing emergency situations and responding appropriately.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as required by the state of employment.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in acute care/LTAC preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications relevant to the role.
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of substance use in the workplace.
