Base pay will be determined by skills and experience, with eligibility for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

Responsibilities

• Work with community management to provide personalized care and update resident status at each shift's start and end.
• Assist residents with dining, personal care, vital sign checks, and clinical procedures per community policy.
• Provide assistance with daily activities such as showers, bathroom help, dressing, and grooming.
• Successful completion and maintenance of State CNA/STNA certification are required.
