Lotus Village Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for its skilled nursing facility in Sparta, NC! NOW OFFERING SIGN ON BONUS OF $7,500 plus Weekend Warrior Bonus and more!

Responsibilities:

1. Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
2. Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs, lifting, moving, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
3. Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management, asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
4. Communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
5. Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
6. Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Qualifications:

1. Willingness to make a difference!
2. Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
3. Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
4. Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
5. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
