Job summary

Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking dependable CNAs to join our nursing care team. You will work closely with nurses to deliver essential daily care and improve the quality of life for long-term care and rehabilitation residents.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem positions with a competitive hourly wage and benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, shift differentials, and CE support.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA certification is required.
• Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Measure and log vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature)
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and track fluid/food intake
• Answer resident call signals promptly and courteously
• Report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with nurses and medical staff to deliver essential daily care and improve the quality of life for our long-term care and rehabilitation residents.

Key Responsibilities:
