Amazing Care Home Health provides Skilled Visit Nursing. Skilled visit nursing offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities to build clinical skills in pediatric and adult care. Our services are provided within clients' homes and several adult group homes in the Salt Lake area.

We are seeking a CNA to join our team in the Salt Lake and Bountiful areas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing AmazingCare to the patients we serve. You will work within Skilled Visit Nursing, with opportunities to work with a diverse patient population, providing a rewarding experience and a chance to appreciate the impactful work you do. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
2. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
3. Chart and document patient status, and report changes to the case manager.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Active CNA licensure within the state of Utah or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.
2. Active CPR Certification.
3. Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility.
4. Current driver's license and the ability to access patients' homes without assistive devices.
5. Experience working in Home Health is preferred.
6. Previous experience with KanTime Mobile or knowledge of electronic medical record systems is a plus.
