Sign-On Bonuses: $6,000 (Full-Time), $3,000 (Part-Time)

Starting Rate: $18.87/hour without benefits, plus shift differential and sign-on bonus. Rates increase based on certification years. Earn more with our pay-in-lieu of benefits program (11% premium if you opt out of medical and PTO).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and nursing care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Report resident conditions, needs, and progress to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per their care plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Registration in the State Nurse Aide Registry (CNA) is required, with no findings of abuse or mistreatment.
• Experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise, communicate effectively, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Shift Details

• Days: 7am-3pm
• Evenings: 3pm-11pm
• Nights: 11pm-7am
