Job summary

Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. Wilmington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking qualified CNAs to join our growing team.

As a CNA you will deliver hands-on care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity and independence while following care plans and facility policies. Qualified candidates will have a Delaware CNA license; experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in Delaware.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing assistant care to residents.
